my biggest issue with OOT is that it never really threw difficult combat into the mix. the biggest challenge is when you encounter two stalfos, and they aren't that bad once you learn how to deal with them. why not have those stalfos, but add an iron knuckle and 3 teletikes into the mix. I crave combat!!
