    There are only 3 Tiers : High, Mid, & Low. There was no point in adding a Top & Bottom Tier on my list because Top & High Tier & Bottom & Low Tier are virtually the same thing

    Also, just because I put one characters name infront of another characters name doesn't mean I think that character is better, i'm just naming the characters in No specific order in the Class I feel they belongin BASED ON TOOLS AND THAT ALONE !

    Only reason why I put Mewtwo in MidTier is because he's so light for no reason. I mean he looks pretty heavy to me. He dies extremely early & it hinders him as Zelda UpB with No Rage kills him at 58%

    I feel like they made him that light as a Way to Balance him out which was a lazy idea. I mean if he's 200+ pounds he should be a HeavyWeight in the Game. The fact that they made him so light to balance him out [because if he was Heavy he's be undisputed best character in the Game] it seems lazy

    The reason why you add top tier and bottom tier is to define who's on top of the list and who's the bottom of the bunch (mainly just Zelda, Ganondorf, Dedede, or Puff). That being said, you're sure that Shulk, Roy, Link, Ike, and Kirby are all better than Ryu..? Ryu is better than every one of these characters in almost every aspect

    I put Ryu in MidTier because of his Lack or Ground Mobility & Speed. I'd argue that he & Lucario have the Worst Ground mobility in the Game. But he has a Easy to React to recovery & his only game plan in to Hit you with Ten thousand tilts, a few combos & land a True Tatsu but its so obvious when hes about to do it so its easy to react to. His EX move [Down B cancel] helps his speed a bit
