Hopefully eventually I'll be able to reach 12 miles for my 30 Minute Free~Runs,it's taken some time & a lot of genuine long-term effort to get here but I genuinely wanted to change my life so here I stand as a stronger person.

    Thanks.I've known nothing but people that refuse to genuinely change so far so it's made me try extra hard ultimately.Change is hard but it's worth it for the few of us that aren't weak.Having the truth hit you in the face will inspire the strong & leave the weak living in denial.
