    Oh come on, you're trying to ruin Rick & Morty's reputation here? The fandom already has a bad reputation, it doesn't need your help. Also, Doc Brown and Marty: 1985. Rick & Morty: 2013. In fact, Justin Roiland admitted that his original idea was a blatant BTTF rip-off.

    i can play the "blank is a rip off of blank" too watch. sonic is a rip off of the joel era mystery science theater 3000 because both have a guy wearing red clothes and makes robots. sonic is also a rip off of the furry fandom because both have anthropomorphic animas.

    @Elucia: Andrew said that Doc Brown and Marty McFly made their first appearance in 1985, while Rick and Morty came around in 2013. So Ricky has once again swapped universes, and, to quote Sonic the Hedgehog, "That's no good."
