    Core Crusher & Aura Assault are basically essential to strong ether based builds, but Background Noise is very good to have (at max it does 125% more DPS from behind). Secondary Accelerator is also helpful if you don't have any Secondary Cooldown Reducer in your build *note that it doesn't count as Sec CD & will only fill half of the void at max level*. Arts TP Gain XX & OD Count Up XX are great.

    So, Core Crusher (+ether attacks), Aura Assault, Background Noise, and either Secondary Accelerator, Ether Boost or Inner Search for Potential. Oh, Aura Assault & Background Noise are Melee only. Class: Either Mastermind (Potential) or Drifter (5 skill slots). Weapon Augs: (Casual play) 1-2 Arts TP Gain XX, 1-2 (maybe 2) App Crushers, and either a mix of Sec CD & Weapon Atk or just 1.

    If you have a right arm with Overdrive Count Up &/or left arm with Sec CD & TP Up I'd use them, although the right arm needs to have max Melee Attack & Back Attack Up upgraded with the rest to be better than Potential right arm (C&C Light gear). Always aim for light UI armor instead of heavy as light gives more upgrades & better Resistance. The right arm CAN be Regal as UI is a nightmare to farm.

    Correction: I meant for Telly, the perfect right arm I know is for Telly but not sure for casual play. Also for Telly, you need 5 App Crushers & UF Critical if not on Rust along with Weap Atk Up (if 2/3 Rust then Weap Atk instead). Class must be Drifter with Aura Assault, Fast Forward, Core Crusher, Background Noise & Secondary Accelerator. Armor must be Aura Rapid Cooldown torso, Supreme Shorts.
