    Ghost Walker is not time-based. It's hit-based on the number of decoys it gives. If you reuse Ghost Walker from a 2nd/3rd cooldown to a lower cooldown, it will not update the number of decoys you have, thus actually doing nothing. Luciel has a multi-hit attacks Multi Dino Mortar and Inferno Missile that hits and will eat the decoys fast.
