    スマイルツールのお絵かきでYボタンを2回。 好きな文字を変更してセーブ。 で、プログラム内でLOAD。 が多分一番楽。 8*8に限定されるのがネック。

    @タイトルの作り方: PRINTなりGPUTCHRなりで 文字やデザインを表示(描画)して、 Aボタンが押されたらGOTO。 みたいなプログラムを作ればいい。
