Lost All Song Progress ;(

I had this game downloaded to my original 3DS (I use a New 3DS now). Bought a physical copy to play it on the New 3DS, and after inserting it into my old one, all the song tracks for the account of whoever owned the game before me appeared as unplayed and they had only the starter quest medleys -even though their Records indicated that they'd completed 6 Short Quests.

When I opened my digital copy of the game today, my profile had also been wiped in such a manner. No song records -I'd gotten crowns for all 214 songs in easy mode and almost as many in Normal- and no quest medleys (I'd completed 49 short quests). This is probably my fault for using a physical copy when the digital one was already present.

If anyone else has experienced something like this, though, and has something to add, please let me know. And if you were thinking about doing this, yourself, DON'T!
