どうやったら銃の標準が上手くあわせれますか？

僕はpkがしたいわけじゃあありませんよ？撃たれたときに勝てるよう知りたいだけです！(pkとか結果は皆電源落としたりするから意味が無い=pkしょうもない)でもたまにしちゃう時があるけど出来るだけ仲良くしたいです。話それちゃいましたがそんなわけで教えてくれたら嬉しいです。
