    Shiny version! Oh, and according to Bulbapedia, it's a glitch Pokémon, called ?????, it's part Steel-type, it's Pokédex #000, and are always 100% male. And it can breed for more, which are able to evolve into Nidoran♂, for some reason. Oh, and they can't learn moves by level up, meaning it can only learn moves by TM's.

    Probably has to do with messing with some Pokemon Values. Probably very similar to "MissingNo" in the first Pokemon Generation
