    you give it to one of the ritos at dragon roost island he will give it to his wife so he says you need like 15 or 25 to give him and youll get a piece of heart from him

    theres a trick to get unlimited golden feathers go in dragon roost cavern dungeon and where you face a bird enemy on a nest where the small key is outside the dungeon kill him if you dont get a golden feather from it thats okay go back into the inside of the dungeon then go back out the bird enemy should respawn so keep battling it back and forth til you get the total amount i said for heart piece
