for the twins i built an areana jus t big enough to move but rarely get shot using wood 2 campfires and heart lanterns plust a honey pool for speeding up regen.

That's okay, because at night in hardmode, many monsters can open doors, so I stay as far away so they spawn less & won't hurt my NPCs.
