Sorry for sounding clueless, but what is a Nuzlocke? I've never played Pokemon games before, but I might sell my old DSI and get a 2DS.

    A Nuzlocke is basically Pokemon: Hard Mode, and the rules are as follows: If a Pokemon faints, it is considered "d3ad", and can no longer be used. You have to catch the first pokemon you meet on a route, and can catch no more pokemon on that route. You have to nickname all pokemon, to grow a deeper connection with them (this comes back to rule 1)
