    After beating the HR 7 urgent it "unlocks" your Hunter Rank. Every quest you've done up till that point, online and offline, has given you HR points which in turn are what contribute to your rank, think of it like a basic leveling system in other games except that it really only tells how long you've played/grinded the game. The max HR is 999 as well.
