A new Nintendo Switch system update is now available, which allows you to transfer user profiles and save data to another system. Oh, and it also allows pre-loading digital copies of games for eShop pre-orders and even VIDEO CAPTURE for select titles!

    Just tried it out with Splatoon 2, and the codec seems to be 720p at 30fps, just like on PS4. For a system with “inferior” hardware, this is impressive!

    That's some really good news! At least for me that is. If they were to port SSB4 onto the Nintendo Switch, then I have nothing to worry about for the most part. The thing is I need to get myself a Nintendo Switch and get a couple of games and be merry y'all!

    By the way, only 4 games have this feature enabled right now: The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, ARMS, and Splatoon 2. More games will include this in the future.

    I hope so. If they are going to put Super Smash Bros. on the Nintendo Switch, at least up to 5 minutes and the compatibility to YouTube will be good enough for me. I also wonder can we connect our current account to the Nintendo Switch? And if we can, can we keep our friends that's on our friend list? I forgot all about it and want a refresher on the subject.

    Yep! If you link your NNID with the Nintendo Account that you use on Miitomo, Super Mario Run and on Nintendo Switch, you’ll be able to add your friends from Wii U and 3DS. It’s how I got H and David on Switch! You can visit Nintendo’s support website for instructions on how to do it.

    I already saw that and happy I can plug my GameCube USB adaptor into the Nintendo Switch! So that means that it actually increases the chances for GameCube games to appear onto the VC on the Switch. And I'm also happy that when they do put a port of Smash 4 onto the Switch or even a new one, I'll be able to use it.
