If Ganondorf has the Triforce of Power would he be able to shoot lightning out of his mouth? Now stay with me folks. Electrical power is voltage times amperage. Lightning is energy in the form of electricity. So with the Triforce of Power would he be able to shoot lightning out of his mouth?

No, I wish he could, but him turning in to a monster at the end of battles, and him going in to rage mode in BOTW makes up for it.
