    He's like that when he jumps. Nintendo programmed Lemmy to do that as he jumps. If Nintendo made that as an Option for when I select Lemmy as my Character for the Battles, then I can turn his Silly Eyes off for him to have his Eyes in the regular way for when he jumps, just like the other 6 Koopalings & Bowser Jr.. But Nintendo didn't do that. That's why Lemmy's Eyes are silly as he jumps.
