    @william: You have to mett all the following prerequisites first: 1. You must complete every Definian related sidequest; including Alex's chain of quests. 2. You must complete chapter 11. For the first part, I'd suggest consulting the XCX Wiki, 'cuz it'd take too many posts to cover each quest. As for the part sidney E's referring to, that has to do with recruiting Mia.

    *continued She's trapped inside the Ganglion Antropolis, but won't appear until you've done ALL of the following first: 1. You must complete each of her normal missions in Noctilum, Oblivia, and Sylvalum (in that order). 2. You must complete chapter 11 /and/ the "Definian Downfall" (which is the sidequest you're aaking about). 3. Your survey rate of Cauldros must be 65% or higher.
