    I was riding my bike down a hill on 2-lane road not far from my house. The pedals slipped under the load I put on them as I switched to a lower gear. I lost control and grabbed both brake handles, yet I veered into the ditch and hit a mailbox. The legal matters are being sorted out and I got medical attention. Thankfully no bones were broken, but I would've gotten a concussion or worse (continued)

    if I wasn't wearing a helmet. The worst of it is on my left hand and elbow, and on my knee there is some scraping as well as my lower arms, so I'm going to wear gloves and arm/knee pads next time. Take it easy, my friends. I love you all. <3
