And yes, I do agree, the when is more important because there are maybe hundreds of different people who show that they like Link, but all in different games. I'm going to look at the clothing a little more, ranging from the folds to patterns, hoods to capes. Gloves too. I'll lower it down to a few choices, but it's getting harder because the more drawings means more variables.

Not all happy ending are easy, many are complicated. And there are some things even the hero can't overcome.

I still that it could be some other character, who knows. But yes, being 100 years old is a little drastic. But, where was Zelda being kept for the 100 years? Not in the chrysalis, because she would have fell too, maybe in Ganon's pure malice form?

@DarkLinkle, I'm sorry if my ending to this story caused you sadness. Just remember it's only my theory. My drawings may be interpreted however you would like. To you, if you don't want Zelda gone, then she's not. Heck if you don't see Zelda as the mom, then she's not it could be anyone you like.

That makes plenty of sense. Her power was drained and fighting Ganon is really exausting. And doing that for 100 years is horrible. Poor Link. That's a really depressing story line.

@Zetsu, it's depressing in ways, but a reminder that sometimes bad things happen in our lives, it's never a reason to give up. Just all the more reason to try and find our own happiness. Despite the loss, Link does just that in raising his son. Commiting perhaps the most heroic deed he ever could, by not letting the death of Zelda change his heart for his son sake.

@Daniel: My theory could take place after the DLC. And my theory isn't to be taken seriously. It was only for the purposes of telling the story I rendered.

@Daniel, I heard the DLC takes place before the events of BotW. That we get to see what lead up to the beginning of BotW.
