it might not have been as insanely cool as it could've been since we already knew he was in the game for quite some time before it, but bowser junior and the koopalings' smash trailer is still bar none the sickest one and i doubt any smash trailer ever will be more awesome

    i might be biased to him and the koopalings but just the way he just shows up and mario instantly faces off against him since he recognizes him and gets BEATEN, the way they introduce the koopalings on top of the cliff while the smg airship theme plays and with mario's expression, and then the freaking close-ups and then junior doing the little eyebrow-raise to tell them to bring it on godlike

    i'm so glad that, for as underappreciated as he is, junior got a trailer where he not only shows up and defeats mario, but he literally calls in the koopalings just for a coup de grace and even when the group containing the likes of link and samus are readying to take them on he's still so smug and cool about it

    it's a shame we knew of bowser jr. because of smash 3ds. had they announced him before smash 3ds's release, it would've been even more amazing.

    yeah sometimes i think of that and it makes me sad because he had been the character i wanted by far the most for ssb4 and i'd given up hope for him after the rosalina reveal (up until the leaks became glaringly real, of course) and seeing that would have probably made me scream the vicinity down
