It seems like Nintendo pushed Hyrule Warriors a lot more then FE Warriors. The former got its own direct that covered every aspect that hadn't been covered by then in depth, while the latter only got two brief segments in a FE direct earlier this year and a Nintendo direct a few months ago. In fact, most of the info for FE Warriors came out of Famistu.

    Zelda is far more popular than Fire Emblem, FE is kind of niche.

    That may be part of it. While FE has definitely grown in popularity since Awakening, it's still rather niche.

    I get the feeling neither Nintendo nor Intelligent System cared too much about this game. To list an example, when SoV came out, they actually did two launch events on Heroes, one for the Japanese release and one for the international one. All FEW got was a set of special maps and that's it. They didn't even bother bringing any of the OCs of this game to Heroes.

    That's fine by me though, we've gotten really good banners recently and I would've hated if any of those had been replaced by an FEW banner. To its credit, at least the special maps were good for level and SP grinding because of the hordes of enemy units in them.

    Granted I'm not as disappointed as most people seeing as I'm not the biggest FE fan, and I still plan on getting it at some point.

    I think I'm the only one who preordered it little less preordered the deluxe edition. I'm fine with how the game is. I was never bothered by the roster that much in the first place.
