Ultra Sun & Moon: LAST Pokemon game on 3DS!

Apparently, Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon are the last Pokemon games ever coming to Nintendo 3DS. This must be a sign of the switch over to Nintendo Switch.

    Ethan, it's definitely true. The next main game is coming out on the Switch. Read the report again. I'm not terribly excited by Ultra Sun. Didn't like Sun all that much. It was fine...put lots of hours into it...but really prefer the older games. I think gen 6 might be my favorite.

    I am sad that the 3DS is coming to the end of its life cycle. My favorite console ever. But we've seen a TON of fantastic games lately...can't even keep up with them all. If it's going out, it's going out with a bang.

    Its not true, the article states. "Shigeru Ohmori has confirmed that Pokemon Ultra sun and Ultra Moon will be that final MAIN SERIES Pokemon games on the Nintendo 3ds". This post says Usm is the last Pokemon game for the 3ds. So you read the statement again.

    what ethan is saying is that there's no telling if there'll be more 3ds spinoff games probably not but there's still no confirmation on no more spinoffs, since gamefreak doesn't make them
