Posting this for anyone who's either playing for the first time, or those who just want to change their avatars. You'll need to complete "Yardley's Scheme" and then clear chapter 5 to get the "House of Cards" mission to appear. Once you've done that, meet Yardley at his hideout and he'll allow you to use his pod to customize your avatar as many times as you want, free of charge.
