    Okay I figured out how to get there. I went to the entrance to the house and longshoted on to the roof of the house to the left of the door. (like so)

    And then, I longshoted onto the roof, dropped down on the ledge, and walked in. There I grabbed the heart piece and there you have it. :) (Hoped this helped, if you need any help let me know)
