    Yes, I've seen more than a few just like yours. It's mainly because of your level. The gear you're allowed to equip is limited at first. But once you reach higher levels, you'll be able to choose from a lot more armor. Beating the game and defeating high-level tyrants also unlocks special armor sets, like what my avatar's wearing:
