    @under hero, I hope you realize that Nintendo has your IP address, with that they know where you live. When you post comments sexually harassing someone, or threatening them, and it gets reported, Nintendo sends that info to your local authorities, and then they investigate.

    @Lil B, I’m sorry to hear that. I hope you reported him. Regardless if the comment was deleted or not, the admins have a record of it. Comments of such a serious matter are in fact sent to local authorities, and then they deem if they need to investigate further.

    @under hero, you can explain that to the authorities when you get investigated. You’ve been reported, and regardless if you or anyone deleted the comments, the admins have a record of it, and those comments along with your IP address get sent to your local authorities.

    @Zetsu, I have a niece I look out for that uses Miiverse. Somebody left her a very threatening and inappropriate message. I got on the phone with Nintendo and they told me that all violent threats, terrorism, any form of harassment is treated very seriously. That the info of the perso making such comments is in fact reported to their local authorities.
