Why is there no subs for Digimon? I don't mind the dub, but the subs are always better

    The only reason I disagree with that statement is primarily due to Funimation's dubbing with the Dragon Ball series. Sorry but I can't really take Goku or Vegeta seriously with their original Japanese Voice Actors. But the whole "Subs vs Dubs" is subjective anyways. Anyways on point, when Crunchyroll started, they were pretty independent.

    Many of the shows they had that aired on Children Programming in the US were uploaded with the dubs. You could say Digimon Dubbed is part of Crunchyroll's history. And its not the only one, recently I discovered Zatch Bell was included on Crunchyroll, and it's the same dub that was used on Toonami back in the day.

    Now a question that could be asked, "why hasn't Crunchyroll uploaded the subs recently?" I think that answer has to go to Netflix. I may not be subscribed anymore, but I do know Netflix contained seasons 1 - 3 with both subs and dubs. Granted my last subscription was little over 2 years ago, however knowing that service, usually when they get rights to something, they don't really share.

    It's possible this isn't the reason, but then again it took Crunchyroll a Partnership with Funimation to get shows that only appeared on Funimation's service (I.E. Cowboy Bebop & Fullmetal Alchemist). So I wouldn't immediately knock the posdibility out that it may be Netflix's fault in not getting Digimon subs.
