    #3: A tie between ULT David (Toadoshi) and CA8 KinPRC (Forgot his NNID) ULT David is a user that claims Rosalina is bad and never gives a reason why, he also bashes on MK8 and MK8D. As for Kin, he's a clan-hater that is mean to clan members and blocks them. Why they're #3: They get banned a lot, and they're not as bad as my #2 and #1 picks.
