Yes, a successful bind on Pharsis with a lvl 2 Stagger thanks to HB! Does the start up stagger just bypass resistance on all enemies? Cause I've never seen Pharsis get bound before. However I know Ygg Zero is easy to stagger. Either way, this bind makes me happy XD

    I think Stagger has a higher chance of landing compared to other debuffs. It is after part of 2 debuff chains. Stagger > Topple > Stun Or... Stagger (Mandatory) > Bind
