WW-4: Valoo, the Great Deku Tree, and Jabun. The King of Red Lions is fluent in it, and Medli is working on learning Hylian, but neither utter the tongue. BotW-8: The Snow and Sand Boots ... and hrrrm. I'd be guessing on the third. I'll try the Thunder Helm, both as my guess and out of curiosity later. WW-5: According to Tetra, a rival gang of pirates once inhabited the place. SS-5: Sky Keep.

WW-4: Is this a trick question because I'm coming up with more than three- King Daphnes Hyrule, Jabun, Great Deku Tree, Valoo, Medli, Ganondorf, and presumably Tingle. Although, the ones we see' speaking the ancient language in game are the Whale, the Dragon, and the Tree. BotW-8: The Thunder Helm, Sand Boots, and Snow Boots. WW-5: A gang of pirates used it as their base. SS-5: Skylofts Sky Keep.

Valoo, The Great Deku Tree, and Jabum (I probably butchered that...) all speak Hylian. The Forsaken Fortress used to be occupied by a second pirate crew that was rivals with Tetra's group. I don't think a name is given to it or the individuals identified, but I imagine that the pirates around Windfall are the group. It could also be a group that has since deceased...

I'm going to take a guess and say that a Timeshift Stone is used to power the robot owned by the guy that owns the item upgrade/shield repair business in Skyloft. I can't remember the guy's name, but I believe the robot's name is Chopper.
