    go to windfall island get atleast 150 rupees and find a guy who is wearing an eskemo like from alaska and buy it from him if you want an upgraded sail which is later in the game you need to go bid for it in windfall island at night have atleast 400 rupees or 999 rupees before you bid for it it gets tricky when bidding for it
