Finished this years ago before Miiverse hit the 3DS too, and what a childhood rush it was. Never managed to beat it 'til on the VC. I place this well above even the unconnected Beyond and Legend of Oasis games that came later. (This was Shadam Crusader in Japan.) Excellent, highly underappreciated RPG. What a shame more of the GG RPGs missing in the west haven't been localized for the VC.
