The boss in LBW's Dark Palace must be the Helmasaur King after it Mega Evolved.

@Justin86 Correct me if I'm wrong, but it's called the Gemesaur King, right? Yeah, that thing was insane with that armored shell. Puts the Helmasaur King to shame. lol Could be worse, just look at the tiny (but annoying) Helmasaurs in TP.

@Knight Heh, them crashing into walls does seem kinda cute. But come on, these guys just won't stop going after you! @Eugene About 45 minutes, I think.

ah, my first and favorite zelda game. when i fought the king i actually started using bombs to break its armor. it didn't occur to me to use the hammer until i ran out of bombs. nice work as always man.

@Richard Funny, I did the exact same thing. I think because I played OoT and OoS first, I thought bombs was the answer since I figured it's just an armored Dodongo-like creature. The hammer really was a shock to me. Lol. And thanks! @Lil' Spook It's 5x5 pixels. It's the size I'm most comfortable for drawing the shading details in.

The ones in TP were a little annoying but their armor was useful in more ways than one.

This was the first boss I had troubles with in A Link to the Past. *Kicks Moldorm under the rug.* Come to think of it, the Dark World bosses ramped up the difficulty quite a bit.

@Matthew Same. But man, if you don't upgrade your magic, forget the ice rod, or act quick, Trinexx is a nightmare.

@Error Exactly. It's easy to miss it since it's not an item you find in a dungeon, contrast to the fire rod. @LinkOpalMM Agreed. Just more dinosaur-like creatures in general would be cool.

if this was in BOTW its face would definetly become one of Link's shields. Maybe it could also drop claw weapons too.
