    Click on their Mii, go to their profile, hit the wrench in the top right hand corner & select block.

    you can delete their comments too. tap on their comment then tap on the wrench, hit delete.

    Yes, I would recommend deleting their comments on your posts first if you really object to them before blocking the person or reporting them! If things keep up or escalate then you can take the other two options into consideration! I just recommend not getting too trigger happy! :-)
