    Second best for me, from the numerous hours I have played on mine, its pretty standard. Not bad mind you, but nothing overly new or ground breaking either. Super Mario Galaxy 2 is still the best Mario I have played with numerous levels that just wowed me! Haven't hit any of those moments yet, but again, great game! 8.25/10 for me! BotW is still the best Switch game for me.

    Oh, well, I always break the Mario series into 2D and 3D era's. Overall, SMB3 takes the cake! In fact I just beat NES SMB3 about a month ago on my Retron 5 in anticipation for Odyssey to drop!

    Since Odyssey is a 3D version I just compared it to my favorite 3D variation. 3 of my top 5 favorite Mario's are 2D verisions! In order... SMB-3, SM Galaxy 2, SMB-2, Mario64, and although it may be stretching it, Super Mario RPG!

    I won't say who, but a big-box retailer near me broke street date. They released it midnight last night by accident. My friend works overnight shifts there and texted a pic to me of it on the shelf... I can't use the language he used but it was something like, "Dude get your butt down here NOW, they broke street on Mario. It's on the shelf! Hurry, before someone catches it!"
