how mash to mash better

I play on the 3ds and struggle with mashing well.so i ask for tips to mash better on the 3ds

    what do u mean by mashing? Like mashing the b-button for luigi's down-b or mashing out of a grab to escape? :^/

    If ur trying to mash a button faster for a recovery like Luigi's cyclone, first u need to tense up your arm and rapidly vibrate it. This form of mashing is not because of your thumb but by your whole arm. Surprisingly both advance piano players and gitter clickers use this.

    If your trying to mash out of something like a grab, since both of us use 3ds I usually move my thumb in a clockwise motion from my X>A>B>Y and then repeat the process. With this method u can get out of the following a bit faster: grabs, inhales, getting buried, and that state after gettin ur shield broken.

    Hope this helps! I've been play smash on the 3ds since it came out, so passing on that knowledge from one 3ds player to another is what I like to do best. :^D
