I haven’t gotten far yet, but it’s a blast so far. Each Kingdom is highly explorable with secrets everywhere. Although the two I’ve visited as of now aren’t too big. I expect that to change... Briefly got a glimpse of the third kindgdom though. Wow, it has a lot of Power Moons...

LA-5: I can guarantee this isn’t the answer you’re looking for, but I believe it nonetheless should count. Speedrunners of LA and LADX skip the mushroom segment by bouncing off of some Moblins after taking damage to cross a pit they’re not supposed to yet. MM-6: A blue rupee, a great dissuasion towards the ultimate goal. I'm pretty sure here, but money if I'm wrong. Multi-6: Never experienced it! Pass. SS-7: It turns into a fairy iirc. Life otherwise. LA-5: This one I've never done, but Magic Powder is available in the crane game in Mabe. I can't remember that event's proper title, but win that instead, and there's no need for the Mushroom. Life.

Answers: MM-6: The grandest of all prizes; a Blue Rupee. Multi-6: Clearing the second level in a world while playing with two or more players. So close, Gage... SS-7: It turns into a fairy! LA-5: Winning magic powder at the Trendy Game...I thought about it, Chris...that’s a creative enough answer to give points for, I guess. Maguire has a choice for MM-6, and Gage and Knight, for Multi-6.
