    Du gehst an der Anlegestelle einfach die Treppen hoch und kommst dann zu einem Marktstand an dem ein Kerl mit Wintermantel steht. Von dem kannst du es kaufen. Vorher bittet er dich noch den Mann zu retten der bei ihm war. Den findest du bei dem Tänzer. Da ist am Haus hinter ihm eine Tür und da musst du rein. :)

    Hab grad nochmal nachgeguckt. Die Treppen kommen erst etwas dahinter.^^ Auf jeden Fall musst du durch den Torbogen um zum Marktstand zu kommen. :)

    man kqnn auch das bessere Segel bekommen wenn man damit fährt weht der wind immer in die richtung die du willst... man bekommt es in dem man nachts in das haus vom reichen (unten) reingeht und bei der Auktion mitmacht aber man brauch dafür relativ viele rubine...
