    Is that the one on Milk Road? If it is, you can't. In case you're curious, in the ranch subquest, the gate is moved, forcing Cremia to go through the Gorman brothers' track. If you check back after the pursuit, the fence will be removed until daybreak. If you're in there until 6AM, Tatl will warn of needing to leave (like closing time at a shop), and you'll end up out by the fence.
