    Yggralith appendages, or the higher squad tasks like 19 and 20. Ygg appendages are worth more tickets each, and there are some missions in those upper squad tasks that if done with other players can get you 300+ tickets (and you can have multiple hosted if you do it right)

    No. Telethia shows up twice a week, and Yggralith appears when the meter on the squad select screen is filled. Said meter is filled from completing squad missions and tasks, usually about once per month or so.
