Miiverse: A Final Farewell

Miiverse was a limited and flawed attempt at social media, but I still enjoyed my time here. I've been active on Miiverse since Day 1, and I'm sad to see it shut down so early (it didn't even last 5 years). Through all the good and the bad, I've made a lot of memories here.

...As a result, I've gotten to have some pleasantly civil debates that offered a point of view very different from my own that surprisingly never erupted in chaos. They're rare cases. To be honest, you were one of my favorite people I "Followed" for that reason alone. Unfortunately, all good things must come to an inevitable end.

when i'll eventually get a switch, i'll pick a bundle version one with either mario odyssey or mario kart 8. Games i want to play:1) Sonic mania(definitely) 2)super bomber r 3)ultra street fighter 2 hd 4)doom 3. and games i look foward to:bayonetta 3 and dbz fighters when it gets ported eventually. it's been nice communicating with u Silvereye. take care, friend.

@Percy: Yeah, I wish I'd met you sooner too. Meeting someone else that's into vs. battles, Sonic, and Godzilla was extremely unexpected on Miiverse. If we went to work/school together, we'd undoubtedly become fast friends.

Vennek Jr: As far as I can tell, no one has put up their Black Friday adds yet. Last year I got all my stuff from Best Buy (Roku 720p Smart TVs for about $80 or something; a PS4 with Ratchet & Clank, Last of Us Remastered, and Uncharted 4 for $250; and Overwatch of PS4 for $30). I'd suggest looking into Best Buy, Game Stop, Target, Walmart, and Toys R' Us for good deals.

I remember one year a while back during the early days of the Wii U Toys 'R Us had a deal of buy 2 get 1 free for any Wii U or 3DS game of equal or lesser value. Stuff like that is why I wait for Black Friday deals now.
