Thoughts on Ike in Smash 4?

He was my main in Brawl and a potential main in Smash 4 considering my Ike's track record. He's very underrated imo.

    There used to be a top Ike that was on the offensive side actually. I don't think he plays Ike anymore.

    Ike's down tilt is the best identification move in the game. By hitting your opponent with it you'll see how they react out of it, ex. jump or air dodge. Ike is the best character to play if you need learn your opponents play style, since he's so honest. By understanding the simplicity of Ike, you understand the complexity of Smash.

    Good Ikes scare me, but keep me coming back for more. That's good compared to Cloud and Bayonetta, who make me wanna run away screaming.

    If the Ike is smart he shouldn't be getting hit off stage often by Zelda.

    but all jokes aside its more of an edge guarding and b reverse it to mix up landings but shouldn't be used for offense. it also covers all ledge options

    also falcos lasers and reflecters can really mess up ikes recovery if you time them righ so can shiek neddles
