You can get a duplicator probe from this container, but it's in a cave at the Scabland Fortress. But, as you can see, the enemies here are lv.43 and above. If you're good at using stealth, it's possible to get to the container without being spotted (hint: the guards never look up), or without the need for Shadowrunner.
