Accuracy is important, especially when you're fighting tyrants that are 15+ levels higher than your party. So I always craft 1 Melee Accuracy Boost XX and a Ranged Accuracy Boost XX for each member of my team. As seen here, H.B's total ranged accuracy is 372 and his melee accuracy is 375. That's enough to fight Elvira and Hartmut on foot and barely miss a shot.
