I really need help with endgame. idk where to start. I want to try an infinite overdrive build but I honestly have no idea what to do first, what type of gear I should manufacture, what augments to create and equip, etc. If any of the pros can at least give some tips, please do so. Thanks ;-;

  • You're in luck: I just saw your post and I'd be happy to help out. Here's all you need to know to get started. First, you'll need a way to rapidly gain TP and maintain it. Overdrive becomes available once you have 3,000 TP. The easiest two ways to do are: A. TP Gain XX augments. B. Add either H.B. or Irina to your team, since both of them learn Last Stand (grants 2,000 TP to all allies.

  • *next part As soon as you activate Overdrive, you have a certain amount of time to refill your TP back to 3,000, which will extend your Overdrive. during OD effect green arts adds 3 to the OD count blue arts add 10 purple arts adds twice current OD count per hit TP gain XX and Extend Overdrive augments can help make it easier.

  • To clarify the last one, we'll use Overwhelm as an example. It does 3-hits, so whatever the current OD count is, each hit from Overwhelm will give you double that amount in TP. OD count 24 x 3 hit purple art = 72 TP per hit Having a H.B. or Irina makes it easier, since each time they use Last Stand, the whole party instantly gains 2,000 TP. My avatar also has it.

  • Craf a single Ranged TP Gain Up augment and attach it to either an assault rifle, or a gatling gun, and it becomes a Ramjet. If you can maintain Overdrive long enough for the counter to go above 99, it hits MAX. At that point, your it will last indefinitely, so long as you maintain the flow of TP. So a single Ranged TP Gain Up + Last Stand is all you really need.

  • *last part However, there are multiple ways to maintain Overdrive. It's just that some are easier than others. The setup I use allows my entire party to stay in Overdrive indefinitely. My avatar and H.B.both have a Ranged TP Gain Up augment on their assault rifles and both of them have Last Stand. Between the two of them, my party's TP is almost always full.

  • The rest comes down to practice, since it becomes easier to understand the more you experiment with it. I hope that helps.

  • Elma and Irina can do infinite overdrive from very early on. Just learn the colour combos and work out how to gain Tp

  • er Sui-Feng check that, at count 24 overwhelm would give 240, 250, then 260 tp. LOL

  • oh dear actually you have almost all your info wrong lol. you need augments for those colour effects of +3 and +10, by themselves it just extends the timer by (count * 0.05, for green), and (count * 0.1, for blue) seconds. As for that ramjet comment I suggest you learn simple addition, 900 is exponentially more than any other rifle that gets an extra 20 per shot.

  • Does Cooldown Reducer work for Ramjet on melee weapons? I forgot wether they work, or like Mag Cap Up, not. Honestly, having 2 Arts: Gain TP XX would be much better but requires too much farming.

  • Thanks for your suggestions. I'll try to work my way up from here. 'preciate it :D

  • @zer0 No clue how cooldown reducers work, and it probably is special on ramjet again. I might lab it later though. Auras and Overdrive DO work with ramjet though, something like secondary speed or crisis zone will decrease the reloading times etc

  • Also, the only way to get a better auto-attack TP Assault Rifle than Ramjet is having 2 Ranged TP gain & maybe 1 Magazine Capacity Up XX (not 100% sure if that is enough of what I had when I used that TP gain build). I remember getting about 1k TP per round from this, but that uses 2 weapon aug slots (3 if none are a trait) so it depends on what's easier to get unless you plan on long-term play.

  • A single Ranged TP Gain Up is all I need since my avatar has Brainjack + Servant Sacrifice. So once she has 1,000 TP, all she has to do is Brainjack the nearest target and she's set to start feeding the rest of the party TP. So, depending on your character build, party composition, etc. one can be enough to get started.
