    Don't worry. It just looks like you're out of magic. When using the bow pressing the ZR trigger will activate the fire/ice arrows but only if you have enough magic.

    You can refill that green bar under your hearts by finding brown jars. Those jars can appear from cutting grass, smashing pots, and defeating enemies. You can also bring a bunch of green chu jelly to the potion shop on Windfall Island and he'll make you a green potion (if you have an empty bottle). Link's grandma on Outset Island will give you soup that will refill your magic too.

    Once you hop across the lava down there and open the chest with the bracelets inside you'll be able to lift that boulder out of your way and exit the dungeon. Watch out for bats.
