    Update #1: I've tried hiding but nothing seems to be working. She's everywhere I go and when I think she's not there she's just around the corner.

    Update #2: It's been several days. I've managed to reach a higher level of the facility from which she cannot reach me. However, her watchful eyes are always peering at me just beyond every cobblestone and fallen pillar. Tomorrow I am going to make a run for it.
