    Dude, Nintendo doesn't have any other social media sites. And if Nintendo wants to shut down a free service they offered at no cost to you, what's wrong with that? There are only about 12 million users on miiverse, (way less if you only count active users) so it's a failed FREE platform anyway. I had fun on it, but yeah, time to move on!

    Xbox Live is a pay service and it has about 35 million users. Mind you, this is with way less than 75 million consoles for 3DS, and 15 million Wii U... Thats 90 million consoles total, and only 12 million users... and people wonder why Nintendo is closing it?
