This is me, Elsie, signing out of Miiverse. Thank you all for making this an enjoyable community to be a part of. So sad that it's coming to an end.

It positively sucks, brother How odd that the ONLY feature copied of the worst selling system this gen by the other consoles is not being pursued by the company that thought up the whole idea

We can only hope that Miiverse 2.0 becomes a thing. This must be quite an expense for Nintendo to run when we don't pay them for it. Can't blame them for putting the ads into the browser based versions. Remember when Microsoft panicked and got a second screen for their box? I think Sony did too but I'm not sure if their attempt was before the WiiU did it or not.

From a couple of people I've heard they lag was too bad and so it could only be implemented for non-critical-timing related tasks, like a game map or something. Anyway, as my 3DS is a better implemented system than the Switch right now I'm not going there yet. Maybe, eventually, they will turn things around and, maybe, I'll see you in ME:Andromeda 2 :D Maybe I'll go back to being a PS

Hey LC, it's really coming to an end for me. My n3ds XL disintegrated in my hands earlier. I was playing while waiting to go on the beach to see your friends and the home button fell out and the screen cracked!! I'll take it as a hint that I should move on to reading books, lol! I was in shock and my wife came from the next room to see what happened because it made a loud cerrrACK snapping sound

I was thinking about getting new one to try and do a transfer, but I don't feel like spending another $300 for something as poorly made as this yadda yadda yadda. I found a company online which has made a business just out of replacing damaged touch screens, so I guess I'm not alone in this experience. Woah, that's bad. The 2DS (wedge version) should be a far cheaper and sturdier option and it'll play all your 3DS titles. I dropped my n3DS in the first week of owning it, it skidded across the floor and stopped when it hit the wall. It still works fine so I thought it must be good build quality. It's a shame you had a bad experience instead. Anyway, thanks for being a Miiverse friend and I wish

Sorry to hear about your 3DS man, that stinks! If you really wanted a replacement once Miiverse ends I suspect they may show up used. I would have bought a regular 3DS myself & used a giant circle pad adapter instead of the nub on the new 3DS XL The only reason why I went new rather than standard is that it ran Miiverse better & would allow you to take screenshots for some communities.

Now with those features going away there’s no point in keeping Old nubby, lol. (I think it tracks face & does 3D better but I don’t use that often enough) I may trade mine in for a standard XL if I can find one that’s in good condition. Kinda frustrating Nin sold those new 3DS XLs talking up how well it ran Miiverse & could take screenshots of games like Smash & I don’t feel like that was
